Driving Instructions

See below our own driving instructions that we trust will be easy to follow. Should you have any difficulties please don't hesitate to call us on the following numbers, 'The Woolshed' 07 824 0992 or our mobile phone 027 5240992.

Alternatively please visit 'Wises' online driving directions at www.wises.co.nz however we recommend our driving instructions as they are more user friendly and written by a local as opposed to a computer.

Driving from Auckland (Approx. 1.5 hours)

Drive south on State Highway 1 (One) for about a distance of 100km, passing through the Bombay Hills which are about 42km south of downtown Auckland, and then pass through the township of Huntly which is at about the 92km mark. At about the 100km mark turn left at Taupiri to leave StateHighway 1 and follow the signs to Gordonton & Cambridge

Continue to follow these signs until the end of Church Road where you turn left at the sign to Morrinsville. Then take the third turn to the right, Hiwi Road where there is a sign to Scotsmans Valley Road. Follow the road to the T intersection.

Turn right and travel approx. 4kms, then look out for the Woolshed driveway, numbered 'Corraith' 625 & 627 on your left.

The driveway is marked on either side by two large grey concrete pillars. Drive along the driveway where you'll find 'The Woolshed' which is the second building on your right hidden in behind a large hedge.

Driving From Rotorua (Approx. 1 Hour)

Follow the signs north to Hamilton and when you reach the intersection with State Highway 1 turn right (North) and pass through the township of Tirau following State Highway 1 to Cambridge.

Drive through Cambridge and at the north end the the township you'll see a pink coloured church on your right and a white coloured one on your left. Take the lane to the right and cross over State Highway 1 and into Victoria Road (Do not turn into State Highway 1 to Hamilton)

Continue on Victoria Road, pass the cemetry and turn right over the railway line which is still Victoria Road. You will go to the right hand side of the Dairy Factory and simply stay on Victoria until you reach Hiwi Road (5th Road on your right after the factory) and then follow Hiwi Road to a T intersection. Turn right into Scotsman Valley Road & travel approx. 4kms, then look out for the Woolshed driveway, numbered 'Corraith' 625 & 627 on your left.

Driving From Wellington or anywhere south of Cambridge (Approx. 12 mins from Cambridge)
